1. The invoice/order number can be found in your order confirmation email or on the invoice.
2. The serial number is located on the back of the device.
3. Why does AIRVIA Medical ask me to record a video? A video makes it possible to refine and greatly accelerate the diagnosis. It allows us to observe the behavior of the device and of the various LEDs. This helps save time for our team and for you as well, since it avoids sending machines back to the repair center that can actually be repaired remotely.
